Learned counsel for appellants submitted that on 02.12.2025, this Court has recorded that the appellant No.1 died and appellant No.2 brought on record and appellant No.2 also died. 3. Learned counsel submitted that they have sent communication and the same is returned unserved. 4. The appeal is preferred against the decree in O.S.No.84 of 1997 on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bapatla. The said suit is clubbed with O.S.No.119 of 1997 and passed a common Judgment on 20.03.2002. 5. O.S.No.84 of 1997 was dismissed. O.S.Nos.119 of 1997 and 44 of 2008 were decreed. The present appeal is preferred against the dismissal order in O.S.No.84 of 1997. In the course of appeal proceedings, the first appellant died. The appellant No.2 was brought on record as LR. It is reported that 2nd Appellant also died. The learned counsel for appellants reported that, there is no further communication from the appellants as to LRs of deceased appellant No.2. On recording the same, this would bring to the circumstances where there is no party to prosecute this appeal. As such, appeal abates. 6. Hence, this appeal is hereby dismissed as abated. No costs.
