This is an application for modification of Court's order dated 25.9.1996 in relation to the Special Scheme for Allotment of LPG Distributorships/RO Dealerships to the Widows/Dependents of Defence Personnel Killed in Action, which the Government has introduced in June, 1999 for the relatives of Kargil War Widows.
