Pursuant to the order dated 11.08.2026, Mr. Dash, learned ASC for the State files the photocopy of the instruction received from the LAO, Baleshwar, vide Letter No.440/LA dated 24.08.2026. The concluding two Paragraphs of the said instruction, being relevant, are reproduced below:- “The Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack has confirmed the judgment of Lower Court and dismissed the appeal of L.A. Collector vide their judgment dtd.06.10.2010 in LAA Case No.13/2002, 19 of 2002, 24 of 2002 & 37 of 2002. (Copies enclosed). Moreover, the land in question in LAA No.41/2002 had acquired for same purpose under same notification. The Kisam of land in LAA No.41 of 2002 also similar to that of LAA No.13 of 2002, 19 of 2002, 24 of 2002 & 37 of 2002 i.e. Sarad-II.” (Emphasis Supplied) 4. Accordingly, the appeal preferred by the State stands dismissed. 5. Since appeal is dismissed, confirming the impugned judgment passed by the referral Court, the State-Appellant shall do well to implement the judgment dated 06.05.2002, so far as LA Misc.
