Learned counsel for the State, on instruction submits that the Petitioner has passed away on
28.07.2020. The said instruction along with the death certificate which is enclosed to such instruction is taken on record.
2. In view of the same, the CRLREV is disposed of since there is no motion on behalf of the next of the kin to maintain the same.
3. In the event there is any such motion, taking into account that the order of conviction has been assailed, this Criminal Revision shall get revived.
