1. There is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner-complainant, when the matter is called.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties is present.

This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the order dated 02.04.2002 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Puri dismissing the Criminal Revision No.65 of 2001 arising out of order dated 27.08.2001 passed in ICC No.99 of 95, whereby the order passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Puri was interfered with and the order of cognizance was directed to be reversed.
4. Taking into account the nature of challenge and the time that has lapsed in the meanwhile, this Court is of the considered view that no useful purpose
would be served in entertaining the matter on merits, at this stage.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision along with the pending I.As stand disposed of.
6. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to seek revival, if so advised.
7. Copy of this order be sent to the Petitioner at the given address.
