Taking into account the nature of challenge and the time that has lapsed in the meanwhile, this Court is of the considered view that no useful purpose would be served in entertaining the matter on merits, at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision along with the pending I.As stand disposed of. 6. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to seek revival, if so advised. 7.
