Perusal of the last order shows that the matter was at the stage of summoning of witnesses, however, no steps were taken by the plaintiffs for summoning of witnesses. 3. Record further reflects that even on the previous date, there was no appearance on behalf of the plaintiffs, nor any steps with regard to leading further evidence were taken by the plaintiffs. 4. This Court has perused the previous three orders dated 15.12.2025, 19.01.2026 and 16.02.2026. On the said dates, there was no appearance on behalf of the plaintiffs. 5.
