The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to sit in the examination of +2 examination as all the petitioners have submitted their admission forms well in time and receipts to that response were issued and even the roll numbers were issued to the petitioners and a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking the quashment of Annexure R-2/2 issued by respondent No.2 vide order dated 23.04.2002. 3.
