1. Mr. Shubham Mirok, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner No.6 and filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to sit in the examination of +2 examination as all the petitioners have submitted their admission forms well in time and receipts to that response were issued and even the roll numbers were issued to the petitioners and a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking the quashment of Annexure R-2/2 issued by respondent No.2 vide order dated 23.04.2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the relief sought for in the present writ petition had been granted to the petitioners and MOHD AYUB 2026.07.24 16:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
CWP-4610-2002 (O&M) -2- the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
4. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
