Prayer: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to set aside the judgement and decree dated 25.04.2001 made in A.S.No.43 of 1999 on the file of the Sub Court Madurantakam confirming the judgement and decree dated 17.12.1997 made in O.S.No.222 of 1993 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurantakam.
