Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are similarly circumstanced to the petitioners in CWP-7339 of 2001 titled as ‘Naresh Kumar and another Versus State of Haryana and Others’, which was mentioned in the index of the instant petition specifically stating therein to be involving the same question of law and pending for 29.05.2002, which now stands decided vide judgment/order dated 06.08.2025, against which no LPA has been filed. She thus prays that their claim may also be considered in light of the aforesaid judgment. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the claim of the petitioners taking note of the judgment referred to hereinabove and decide the same within a period of 06 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon. 4.
