Even notices issued to appellants in said appeals received back duly served. 2. Similarly, learned counsel for the appellants in FAO Nos.5911- 5912 of 2002 has pleaded no instructions on behalf of appellants and notices issued to appellant Nos.1 to 3 & 6 received back with the report that they have died and appellant Nos.4 & 5 not served due to incomplete addresses. 3. None has put in appearance on behalf of LRs of deceased- appellants, it seems that LRs of appellants/appellants are no more interested in prosecuting the present appeals. 4. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the present appeals for non-prosecution. 5. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed in default for non- prosecution, with liberty to seek revival on showing just cause. 6. Pending application(s), if any, is/are disposed of accordingly.
