However, even today, there is no representation on their behalf. 2. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period. 3. It, therefore, appears that the legal representatives of the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. 4.
