Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the appeal against the award in the connected matter has already been dismissed vide order dated 18.01.2016 in FAO No.1096 of 2002 titled Hem Chand and Ors. vs. Maha Singh and Ors. So it seems that appellant is not interested in pursing the present appeal. 3. Appeal is pending since 2002, so, in view of the facts and circumstances, there is no reason to keep the appeal on the docket indefinitely. 4. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if has any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 5.
