Learned counsel appearing for State of Punjab has pointed out that the appellant was re-red a$er a'aining the age of 58 years w.e.f.
31.08.1992. The suit was field by the appellant by claiming that he was en-tled to be retained -ll the age of 60 years. Learned State counsel submits that the suit was dismissed by both the Courts below and the present appeal against the concurrent findings, has been rendered infructuous.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, present appeal is disposed, having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, in case any cause of ac-on s-ll survives. March 06, 2026
