Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he is not aware about the said development, but in view of the submissions made by Mr. Mani Ram Verma, Advocate for the appellants, the present appeal may be disposed of with liberty to the respondents to get it revived, in case any cause of ac#on s#ll survives in favour of the respondents. 3.
