As per the report received from the Registry, peoner Nos.1 and 2 have expired. Peoner No.4 has been duly served through his daughter-in-law; whereas peoner No.6 has been duly served. Noce issued to peoner No.3 not received back served or otherwise; whereas noce issued to peoner No.5 received back unserved due to incorrect address as there is no ‘Nirjan Colony’. The sole respondent is reported to have expired. Learned counsel through whom this revision peon was filed was earlier reported to have died.
