At the *me of accident, he was an official of the bank. It is conceded by learned counsel for the appellant that on account of the disability suffered by the appellant, there was no future loss of income because the salary of the appellant was not reduced. As far as non-payment of salary during the treatment period of 09 months is concerned, the Tribunal has already awarded
1,08,000/- by taking into account the salary of the appellant. 3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, there is no scope for enhancement in compensa*on. As such, the present appeal is hereby dismissed.
