Even today, learned counsel expresses her inability to proceed in the matter as she continues to have no instructions or communication from the appellants. 3. A perusal of the case file further reveals that none is appearing on behalf of the cross-objectors/respondents No. 1 to 3 also. 4. It, therefore, appears that neither the appellant nor the cross- objectors are interested in prosecuting the present appeal and cross- objections.
