Therea3er, the appellant herein, i.e. J.D. had made a statement that in case, his RSA pending before this Court is accepted, then he will be en/tled to receive back the money paid by him. 2. Pursuant to the aforesaid statement of both the sides, the execu/on was disposed of as sa/sfied by the Execu/ng Court on 25.01.2003. 3.
