Learned counsel for the appellants submits that she has no instructions, as the company has closed after being sold and appellant No. 1 has expired. Further, notices were issued directly to appellant No. 1, which have been received back with the report that appellant No. 1 has since died and appellant No. 2 stands closed. 2. In these circumstances, when the whereabouts of the appellants are unknown and no one is appearing on their behalf. This Court is left with no other option except to dismiss present appeal for non-prosecution. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution, with liberty to the appellants to get the same revived by showing sufficient cause. 4.
