Perusal of the file further reveals that appellant herein is the husband, whereas respondent is his wife. The respondent had filed a suit seeking recovery of Rs.36,000/- as arrears of maintenance. The suit was decreed for recovery of Rs.18,000/- on 12.06.2000. Appeal filed by the appellant herein was disposed of by learned Addi&onal District Judge, Ludhiana by modifying it to the extent that the property of the appellant shall remain under charge to the extent of ¾ share for payment of the decreetal maintenance amount. The amount of the maintenance amount was kept intact. 3. Against the aforesaid concurrent findings, the appeal was filed. However, there is no representa&on, as no&ced above. It appears that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the appeal. 4.
