HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant. Mr. Ashok Gupta, Advocate for respondent No.2. Mr. D.K. Dogra, Advocate for respondent No.3-New India Assurance Co. Ltd. **** VIRINDER AGGARWAL

1. On the preceding dates of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. It is borne out from the record that due notice was duly served upon learned counsel representing the appellant; however, despite such service, no one has chosen to enter appearance.
2. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, and there being no discernible cause to adjourn the matter indefinitely, this Court finds no justification in keeping the appeal pending on the docket. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution, with liberty reserved to the appellant to seek restoration of the same, should any subsisting grievance remain, in accordance with law.
