( 1 ) AFTER hearing the counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that substan- tial period has been spent by the appellant priya Swami in custody that is about six years and the appeal is not likely to be heard in the near future, we suspend the sentence of the appellant Priya Swami during the pen- dency of the appeal subject to his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfac- taion of ACMM/cmm/trial Court. Order be conveyed to the appellant Priya swami through Superintendent Central Jail, tihar.
