By virtue of the present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks relief qua the time-bound inquiry/investigation with respect to the complaint dated 08.05.2024 whereas, admittedly, the cause of action arose way back in 2016-17/ 2017- 18 alongwith ancillary reliefs. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file same afresh with better particulars. 3.
