ORDER 15.05.2026
1. This Court vide order dated 2nd May, 2017 passed the following
order:-
“Requisites with correct address for issuance of notice on opposite party no.4 be filed within a period of ten days hence. In the event of filing of requisites, notice be issued to the opposite party no.4 forthwith fixing a short returnable date. Place this matter immediately after service of notice.”
2. On perusal of Office Note, it reveals that the said order has not yet been complied with by the petitioner. As it appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing the matter.
3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she has no instructions in this matter.
4. Be that be, since this matter is of the year 2001 and no fresh steps has been taken for issuance of notice to opposite party no.4 in compliance of the order dated 2nd May, 2017, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter and keep the writ petition pending.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of for lack of instruction.
