Present petition was filed under Section 276 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking probate of Will dated 20.09.1985, purportedly executed by Late Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia. Respondents No. 3 to 5 herein, being joint executrices under the subsequent Will dated 26.02.1999 initiated probate proceedings bearing Testamentary Petition No. 531/2001 This is a digitally signed order. On 15.04.2026, Bombay High Court granted probate of the said Will in favour of duly appointed executrices, namely: (i) Smt. Usha Raje Rana; (ii) Smt. Vasundhara Raje; and (iii) Shrimant Yashodhara Raje Scindia. 3. Since the subsequent Will dated 26.02.1999 has been probated by the Bombay High Court, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
