The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 13.01.2001 (Annexure P-6), being illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. 2. On 29.02.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment to get instructions from the petitioner as to whether anything survives in the present petition or not. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get instructions from the petitioner and submits that the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, if any cause still survives. 4.
