On the last date of hearing, since there was no representation on behalf of the parties, Registry was directed to issue notice to the parties as well as their counsel for the date fixed. 2. As per the office report, notice issued to petitioner No.1 has been received back unserved with the report that no such person of this name is residing at the given address, notice issued to petitioner No.2 has been received back unserved for want of correct/complete address, whereas notice issued to petitioner No.3 has not been received back either served or otherwise. It is further reported that notice issued to learned counsel for the petitioner has been received back unserved with the report that the whereabouts of the Advocate could not be traced. 3. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 4. In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present writ petition for want of prosecution. 5.
