Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s) contends that he has made all efforts to contact the petitioner and has also sent registered cover, however, no response is forthcoming. He submits that the matter may be dismissed at this stage for want of prosecution with liberty to seek revival of the same in case the petitioner is interested in pursuing the present petition.
