However, on 20.05.2026 and 21.07.2026, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not in contact with the legal representatives of the appellant. 2. In the absence of their particulars, the legal representatives of the appellant cannot be brought on record, and for want of their correct addresses, notices cannot be served upon respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 3. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellant's legal representatives to seek its revival upon showing sufficient cause. 4.
