Ltd., has filed the instant writ petition, challenging the impugned award dated 21.05.2001 (Annexure P-10), passed by respondent No.1, whereby reference No. 201 of 1996, filed under Section 10 (1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (for short, ‘the Act of 1947’), was answered in favour of the workman. Learned Labour Court held workman entitled for reinstatement in service, with its continuity alongwith back wages. 2. Vide order dated 17.10.2001, the operation of the impugned order was stayed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner- Company has been wound up, thus, pleads no instrcutions. 4. Therefore, this Court is unable to proceed further for the purpose of hearing of the petition and the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
