No. 107 of 1982 dated 20.07.1984 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore, 2. It is to be noted that the present Appeal Suit had been taken on file by way of transfer of an Appeal Suit in A.S. No. 79 of 1985, which was pending before the District Court, South Arcot at Cuddalore and was directed to be taken along with A.S. No. 1295 of 1986. The said Appeal Suit in A.S. No. 1295 of 1986 was taken up along with A.S. No. 275 of 1987 and were disposed by this Court in its judgment and decree dated 27.11.2000. 4. A perusal of the aforesaid judgment would also indicate that there has been another connected Suit and that there has been full satisfaction of the claims as the defendant, who is the appellant herein, had discharged the suit claim. 5. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, which is supported by the judgment and decree dated 27.11.2000 made in A.S. No. 1295 of 1986, no further adjudication is required to be made in the Appeal Suit and accordingly, this Appeal Suit is disposed of.
