Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, petitioners have expired and he is not in contact with the legal heirs of the petitioners.
2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition at this stage.

4. However, liberty is granted to legal heirs of the petitioners to revive this petition, in case any cause of action survives.
