1. A perusal of the paper book would show that there was a site plan which was placed on record by respondent No.4. It is further apparent that the spot inspection was done and map (Mark A1) was prepared. Further reference has also been made to the inspection report in the order dated 26.03.1998. However, the said inspection report and other documents have not been produced on record. Even application filed under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 has not been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the present writ petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the same after placing on record all the said documents and other relevant documents.
3. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
