Mr. Ankur Gupta, Advocate for respondent No.3 (through video conference). *** CM No.22896-CII of 2001 Present application under Order XLI Rule 27 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by applicant-appellant for additional evidence. It was asserted that disability certificate could not be adduced before learned Tribunal as same got misplaced at the time of evidence appellant and after filing of appeal, applicant-appellant has got duplicate disability certificate from the office of Civil Surgeon. 2. The additional evidence sought to be placed on record by appellant-claimant, is necessary for just decision of the case, therefore, present application is allowed. MAIN CASE (O&M) 3. The matter is remanded back to learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal for recording of additional evidence by appellant as well as its rebuttal by respondents. 4. After recording of additional evidence, the evidence so recorded be remitted back to this Court within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
