1. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the
order dated 18.12.2000 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in spite of making various efforts, he could not contact the petitioner.
Learned counsel prays that the present petition may be disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for revival of the writ petition, if any cause still survives.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
