Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite repeated efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the legal representatives of deceased appellant. Even today, learned counsel has expressed his inability to proceed further in the matter as he continues to have no instructions or communication from the LRs of deceased appellant. 2. It, therefore, appears that the legal representatives of appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period. 4. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. 5. However, liberty is granted to legal representatives of the appellant to seek revival of the appeal in accordance with law, in case any worthwhile cause survives for consideration.
