1. There is no representation on behalf of appellant.
2. As per the report of the Registry, intimation regarding the pendency of the present case was duly conveyed to learned counsel for the appellant through email. A perusal of the case file reveals that even on the last date of hearing, neither the appellant nor anyone on his behalf appeared before this Court. Even today, there is no representation on his behalf.
3. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.
4. It, therefore, appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal.
