Today, statement is made by learned counsel for the appellants that en:re compensa:on amount as awarded by the Tribunal has since been paid to the respondents and therefore, they want to withdraw the appeal. Statement is accordingly made to withdraw the appeal. 4. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.4 to 6 concedes the fact that compensa:on amount has been received by them. 5.
