(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that at the %me when appeal was filed in 2000, the appellant was 107 years old and a+er passing of 26 years, it is not likely that he is surviving. Learned counsel for the appellant also submits that cause of ac%on appears to have not survived. Learned counsel for the appellant also submits that appellant or any of his family members has not contacted him for the last so many years. In the aforesaid circumstances, present appeal stands disposed of with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, in case, any cause of ac%on survives.
