(ORAL) On 10.11.2025, the following order was passed: - “Sole respondent could not be served due to incomplete details. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to provide complete/latest address of the respondent within 15 days positively. Then notice to the respondent be issued for 10.02.2026. The appellants will be at liberty to take dasti summons.” 2. As per the report of the Registry, the aforesaid order dated 10.11.2025 has not been complied with. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that despite making strenuous efforts to contact the appellants in order to obtain the latest and correct address of the sole respondent, he has neither been able to establish contact with them nor the respondent has responded. He, therefore, prays that the matter be disposed of. 4. In view of the above circumstances, it appears that the appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. 5. However, liberty is granted to the parties to seek revival of the appeal, in accordance with law, if any cause of action still survives. (DEEPAK GUPTA) 05.05.2026 JUDGE
