As per the said report, the sole appellant-Nabakishor Pratihari has expired since last six years during the COVID period. The respondent no.2 also expired since last 15 years ago. The respondent nos.1, 3 and 4 are alive. The said report is taken on record. 2. In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated in absence of any application under Section 394 of Cr.
