      !"  #!$ The present regular second appeal pertains to the year, 2000. On 09.07.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Thereafter, on 18.08.2025 and 12.01.2026, no one appeared on behalf of the parties. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the parties. Even counsel has not appeared despite being informed. 2. In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellant to seek its revival in accordance with law, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
