)44 !" ##### 4) -0 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing of order dated 22.03.2000 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Collector, Yamunanagar and order dated 05.12.2000 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala.
2. A perusal of order sheets reveals that on 23.01.2026, the following order was passed by this Court:-
“As per the office report, notice issued to respondents No.4 has been received back with the report ‘died’. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take necessary steps for impleading the legal heirs of deceased- respondent No.4. List on 27.02.2026. Registry is directed to convey this order to learned counsel for the petitioners.”
3. As per the office report, copy of the order dated 23.01.2026 was sent to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, nor the order 23.01.2026 has been ANKIT 2026.03.05 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

4. Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
