Vide order dated 08.08.2024, fresh notices were issued to the petitioner as well as respondent No.4. As per office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back unserved with the report that petitioner – Kuldeep Singh son of Ramphal – has stated that the notice does not relate to him and the writ petition was not filed by him. There is no other address of the petitioner available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties. Today, again, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
