Appellants No.2, 4 and 5 have been served. Appellant No.3 has no legal heir. On the other hand, respondent No.1 is also served through Manager, but nobody has put in appearance on behalf of appellants No.2, 4 and 5 and respondent No.1. 2. Since appellants No.1 and 6 refused to accept the notice and despite service upon appellants No.2, 4 and 5, nobody has put in appearance on their behalf, therefore, it appears that appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal and as such, the same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
