CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL
Present: None for the appellant.
Mr. P.S. Saini, Advocate for respondent No.1. Mr. Ved Parkash, Sr. DAG, Haryana
for respondents No.3 to 5.(in CWP-16483-2005)
**** VIRINDER AGGARWAL, J. (Oral)
1.
The sole appellant has died. Counsel for the appellant has sought time to implead the LRs and one last opportunity was granted to the appellant vide Order dated 13.02.2026. Today, neither any application has been filed nor anybody has come present on behalf of the appellant. It seems that LRs of the appellant are not interested in pursuing the appeal as well as Civil Writ Petition.
2.
In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping both the cases on the docket, indefinitely. POONAM 2026.04.18 00:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Accordingly, the instant appeal as well as petition stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
4.
As a natural corollary, since the main cases stand dismissed for want of prosecution of, all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, as no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping them pending.
5.
A photocopy of this order shall also be placed on the file of the connected appeal.
