The Office has pointed out that in the year 2017, four weeks’ time was allowed to the learned counsel for the appellants to file affidavit of jointness. From the record, this Court finds that vide order dated 30.03.2026, by way of last indulgence, eight weeks’ time was granted to the learned counsel for the appellants to comply with the earlier order dated 08.12.2017. However, till date, no jointness affidavit has been filed. 4. The appeal is of the year 2000 and from perusal of the record, this Court finds that there are three counsels named therein. 5. However, none appears on behalf of the appellants. 6. This Court finds that nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellants on the last date also and the order of the this Court, which was passed in the year 2017 has not been complied with. 7. It seems that the appellants have lost their interest in the present first appeal and taking into account the fact that jointness affidavit was required to be filed since 2017, the present appeal stands dismissed. sweta/- (Sourendra Pandey, J) U
