Noor Mohameed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. O. Manohar Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants, submits that several efforts were made to contact the appellants to obtain instructions and proceed further in the matter; however, the appellants have not responded. Hence, learned counsel seeks appropriate orders from this Court. 2. As seen from the docket proceedings, on 30.01.2026, 21.04.2026, and 05.05.2026, the matter was listed at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not inclined to prosecute the appeal, which pertains to the year 1999. 3. Considering the same, the appeal is dismissed for default.
