The present writ appeal has been instituted by the writ petitioner challenging the writ order dated 09.10.2023 passed in W.P.No.27579 of 2022. 2. The appellant participated in the process of selection for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant / Physical Education Instructors Grade I / Computer Instructors Grade I in School Education Department. The recruitment notification was issued on 09.09.2021. The appellant participated in the written examination held on 14.02.2022 and secured 78 marks out of 144 marks. In pursuance to the writ order impugned, one more mark was awarded to the appellant for Question No.102. Thus, the appellant scored 79 marks. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Board would submit that even after adding additional mark for Question No.102, the appellant was not within the zone of consideration. The cut off marks for MBC / DNC Category 3 is 89,. The appellant secured 79 marks. Thus, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the writ appeal and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
