Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in spite of her best efforts, she has not been able to get in touch with the petitioners and even no one has approached her office so as to state as to whether any cause survives in the present case or not. It is prayed that the present writ petition be disposed of, at this stage, but liberty be granted to be petitioners to revive the same in case any cause survives.
2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, at this stage, with the liberty aforesaid.
3. Registry is directed to send the copy of the present order to the petitioners on the addresses mentioned in the memo of parties.
4. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
